Position description This is an exciting opportunity to lead the Commercial Credit Control team within Customer Solutions at Electric Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of Credit Control operations, ensuring effective debt management, strong performance delivery, robust controls and a positive customer experience across commercial customer accounts. The role plays a key part in supporting Electric Ireland's financial performance through effective debt collection, operational excellence, governance and continuous improvement, while leading and developing a high-performing team.
