Position Description The Large Customer Manager is a leadership role with strategic accountability for ESB Networks’ approach to large demand customers. The role is responsible for setting the strategic direction, operating model, governance and performance framework for the large customer connection journey. The scale, complexity and strategic importance of large customer applications has increased significantly in recent years, driven by multi-site developments, staged MIC requirements, decarbonisation-related demand, capacity constraints and customers of national economic significance. This is creating increased demand for senior customer engagement, coordinated internal delivery, robust commercial and contractual support, and clear performance visibility across the connection process.…
