Position Description We are looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Coordinator to meet the growing demands of the business. This role sits within the Talent Acquisition (TA) Centre of Excellence which supports the business in high volume recruitment activities and plays a key role in ESB reaching its ambitious strategic objectives. The successful candidate will be provided with the support and development needed to enable them to deliver successfully in the role. Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor the advertising of vacancies in line with the Strategic Resource Plan and approval systems, working closely with HR Business Partners and Governance Specialists. Assist with screening candidate applications in line with role requirements, company policies, and HR best practices.…
