What You’ll Do as a L&D Delivery Specialist In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets and departments. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day: Conduct learning needs analysis and stakeholder discovery to identify development requirements and shape local L&D strategies. Design, develop, and deliver learning programmes across onboarding, technical skills, customer experience, career progression, and leadership development. Manage the end-to-end planning and delivery of multiple learning initiatives, including Apprenticeship Levy programmes and market-specific training solutions. Facilitate engaging training sessions, workshops, and learning events while managing associated logistics, communications, and stakeholder coordination.…
