Key Responsibilities Support the bid managers to fulfil the end-to-end Bid Management function by providing central management for global bid opportunity responses, including bid task assignment, tracking, collating, packaging, managing ad-hoc queries / request. Coordinate proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from Sales, Client Solutions, Engineering, Risk & Privacy, Security teams and more. Bring your organisational skills and effectively prioritise work to meet client deadlines. Ensure proposal documents follow corporate branding guidelines and quality standards by assisting the bid team in proof reading and formatting of proposal documents.…
