About this job

As a Platform Product Manager on the Digital Workflows (ServiceNOW) team, you define the vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for workflow platform capabilities and services. You'll partner closely with engineering, architecture, design, data, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, reusable solutions in a regulated environment. You own outcomes end-to-end—from discovery and prioritization through delivery, adoption, and continuous optimization.
