Position description We are looking for an Experience Designer to shape clear, inclusive, and trustworthy digital experiences across customer‑facing and internal products. You will work end to end, from discovery through delivery, across traditional interfaces as well as AI‑assisted, screen‑light, and screenless interactions. These may include conversational flows, notifications, automation touchpoints, and system‑driven experiences where the interface is minimal or partially invisible. You will design within ESB’s multi‑brand design system to deliver consistent and accessible solutions at scale in a large and regulated environment.…
