What you'll do Define and manage the ServiceNow platform strategy, roadmap and long-term vision. Lead the delivery of platform enhancements, upgrades and new capabilities. Manage relationships with key business stakeholders to align platform priorities with organisational needs. Ensure platform stability, performance, security and availability across all ServiceNow services. Oversee third-party vendors, service providers and platform-related budgets. Establish strong governance, risk management and compliance controls for the platform. Lead, coach and develop platform and engineering teams to drive high performance.
