Role Overview: We are seeking a Senior Azure Administrator to provide senior-level operational and technical support across the Platform Azure team, replacing an existing Azure analyst role. The role will support multiple UK and ROI customers across Microsoft Azure, hybrid infrastructure, on-premises virtualisation and backup platforms, automation, monitoring, security, and service management activities. The successful candidate will be expected to act as a senior technical escalation point, contribute to service reliability, maintain strong documentation, and support continuous improvement across customer environments.
