What You’ll Do as Labour Planning Administrator In your role, you’ll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here’s a flavour of your day-to-day: Maintain and update labour planning systems, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and alignment with current business requirements. Manage labour model maintenance activities, working with Regional Workforce Management and Country Operations teams to validate and update market-specific data. Support budgeting and forecasting processes by preparing labour planning data, analysis, and key inputs for the Labour Forecasting Lead. Ensure strong data governance by monitoring data quality, resolving issues, and maintaining alignment between labour models, system data, and operational needs.…
