Description The Head of Compliance (PCF-12) holds the primary regulatory relationship with the Central Bank of Ireland. The individual is responsible for the strategic direction and operational execution of the compliance framework, ensuring that TIL remains fully aligned with evolving regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Regulatory Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for the CBI and other EU authorities. The individual manages all regulatory engagements, notifications, and filings with transparency and high professional standards. Strategic Oversight: Defines and executes the compliance roadmap. Oversees the firm’s compliance framework, policies, and controls to satisfy the European and Irish regulatory requirements.…
