Main Responsibilities: Responsible for the overall operations of the AutoLab. To assist Eurofins Biomnis in maintaining a high standard in medical testing. Provide support to clients and colleagues to ensure a first-class service. To maintain and enhance their professional knowledge and skills as required. Work with colleagues to contribute towards the continuous improvement of the department. Demonstrate behaviour consistent with the mission and values of Eurofins Biomnis. Lead and co-ordinate senior medical scientists, basic grade scientists, technicians and students. Ensure that the team is allocated according to their ability, education, training and patient needs and apply maximum delegation compatible with safe work practice. Promote open communication throughout the AutoLab.…
