Position Description The Human Factors Specialist will integrate human factors science and principles into safety management systems, operational procedures and organisational culture in ESBN, ensuring proactive safety and reducing the risk of human error. The role supports the business to strengthen systems to support safety performance, ensuring human strengths and limitations are integrated into planning, training, investigations and projects. The role provides specialist input that improves usability, reduces error, and supports decision-making, and will support day-to-day operations through developing human factors knowledge and competence in key roles.
