Position Description The Safety Performance and Reporting Lead plays a key role within the Safety Engagement and Communications team, responsible for developing safety performance reports, analysing safety data, and identifying trends, risks and opportunities for improvement across ESB Networks. Using information from incidents, investigations, audits, good catches, near misses and other reporting channels, the role will generate meaningful insights and performance indicators to support decision-making at both local and organisational levels.
