What You’ll Do as an Assistant Designer- Trend Research & Insights Research emerging fashion, beauty and lifestyle trends and translate insights into commercially relevant product ideas. Range Development Support the creation of trend-led, customer-focused product ranges in collaboration with Design, Buying and Merchandising teams. Product & Packaging Design Assist with product development, range building and packaging design to bring creative concepts to life. Presentations & Design Administration Prepare trend boards, design presentations and supplier-facing materials while maintaining accurate design documentation. Commercial Analysis Monitor product performance, market trends and competitor activity to help shape future collections and product strategies.…
