What you'll do Develop and execute supplier strategies that support business goals, innovation, resilience, and long-term value creation. Build, manage, and strengthen strategic relationships with technology vendors, service providers, and key partners. Lead supplier governance activities including QBRs, performance reviews, scorecards, and executive stakeholder engagement. Monitor supplier performance against KPIs, SLAs, and contractual commitments, driving continuous improvement initiatives. Identify opportunities for innovation, co-creation, and enhanced customer and colleague experiences through strategic partnerships. Support commercial activities including contract negotiations, renewals, risk management, and supplier capacity planning.…
