About this job

What you'll do Lead the planning and delivery of end-to-end change management activities across programmes and projects. Develop change strategies including impact assessments, stakeholder analysis, communications, training and readiness plans. Partner with business stakeholders to understand change impacts, organisational readiness and adoption requirements. Deliver engagement and adoption activities to drive successful uptake of new processes, systems and ways of working. Manage change risks, issues and dependencies while providing clear reporting on readiness and adoption metrics. Support go-lives, hypercare and transition to BAU, ensuring sustainable and measurable business outcomes.…
