HRIS Manager – Oracle HCM Grant Thornton is seeking an experienced HRIS Manager with deep expertise in Oracle HCM Core HR to support and enhance our global People & Culture (HR) technology landscape. This role will serve as the primary HRIS lead for Ireland while also playing a critical role in supporting Grant Thornton's continued expansion and operational growth across the EMEA region. The ideal candidate will possess strong Oracle HCM functional expertise, particularly within Core HR, while also demonstrating experience across additional Oracle HCM modules such as Recruiting, Absence Management, Talent, and Security.
