Role Description As a Cost Manager in our Lenders & Investors division, you will provide high-quality cost management services to support financial stakeholders. You will independently assess and monitor project costs to help safeguard client investments and ensure transparency and control across the project lifecycle. This role will suit someone with experience in MEP, technical trade engineering, data centres, and energy centres, with a strong electrical background. Experience in biotech and semiconductor projects is also highly desirable. Key Accountabilities Develop, review, and manage cost plans, budgets, and forecasts. Carry out independent valuations and cost assessments for lenders and investors. Monitor expenditure, identify cost risks, and recommend mitigation measures.…
