What You’ll Do as Legal Counsel We want you to feel challenged and inspired. Here, you’ll develop your skills across a range of responsibilities: Lead Strategic Contract Negotiations: Draft, negotiate and advise on a wide range of supply chain, logistics, warehousing, transport and technology agreements that support Primark's global operations. Partner with the Business: Work closely with procurement, supply chain and operational teams to provide practical legal guidance on strategic initiatives, projects and business-critical activities. Provide Commercially Focused Legal Advice: Deliver clear, pragmatic and risk-based legal advice that balances commercial objectives with legal and regulatory requirements.…
