Lead Commercial Negotiations: Draft, negotiate, and conclude complex commercial agreements, partnering with stakeholders and external counsel to secure the best outcomes for the business. Drive Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build trusted relationships across teams including Technology, Digital, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, and People & Culture to deliver practical legal solutions that enable business…
