Establish and Govern Test Best Practices: Define, implement, and enforce Test Engineering best practices and methodology, including S/W and H/W standardization, from Prototyping through Series Production Develop Process Roadmap: Create and deliver the strategic development roadmap for all assigned test processes, technologies, and tooling Cross-Functional Quality Alignment: Serve as the subject matter expert to provide detailed testability requirements for Design for Test (DFT), contribute to PFMEAs (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), and participate in formal Design Reviews Process Ownership: Take full ownership of all assigned test processes in the NPI lab, including the creation, maintenance, and adherence to relevant internal standards (e.g., GSI-RD-H01-0000-540) Own Test…
