The Cluster to Cluster Synchronization team is working to make migrations, backups, and disaster recovery of MongoDB clusters easy and reliable. Our main focus is mongosync, a tool to synchronize two MongoDB clusters. This tool is a top priority for the company, and is used to migrate customers from on-prem MongoDB to MongoDB's cloud service, MongoDB Atlas. Our team champions a strong culture of inclusivity and collaboration.
