ABOUT THE ROLE As a Senior Pre-Sales Solutions Engineer, you'll own the most complex technical evaluations in the region, partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering. You'll be a trusted technical expert on the Omni platform, empowering our customers to do more with their data throughout the customer lifecycle. You'll work with companies across every industry, region, and size, working in a high-touch, customer-first model — getting hands-on inside each prospect's actual data and environment. This means driving complex evaluations end-to-end, coaching junior SEs as they grow, and influencing product direction by channeling real field insights back to the team.…
