Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Enterprise Transformation Team. This role focuses on improving Sales & Marketing operations through process analysis, system configuration, and automation. We value foundations in systems integration or large programme delivery, followed by hands-on BA work inside a product or enterprise setting. This is not a pure admin position; core BA skills are required to analyse problems, design future-state processes, and drive change.
