ROLE OVERVIEW The Global Benefits and Leaves Analyst joins Harvey's Total Rewards team to support administering and improving employee benefits and leave programs across a rapidly scaling, global workforce. The team's mission is to deliver competitive, compliant, and employee-centric programs in every region where Harvey operates. This role manages day-to-day Tier 1 benefits support globally while partnering on benefits programs and vendor operations across EMEA and APAC, ensuring employees receive timely, accurate guidance and that programs run smoothly as Harvey expands into new markets.
