Als Teilnehmer:in in unserem PreMaster Programm bist du Mitglied unseres Teams im Bereich Marketing Performance & Operations. Du unterstützt aktiv zentrale Projekte und trägst zur Weiterentwicklung unserer leistungsorientierten und datenbasierten Marketingorganisation bei. Dabei arbeitest du an der Entwicklung und Einführung unseres neuen Marketing Operating Models mit und unterstützt die Gestaltung entsprechender Prozesse und Strukturen. Zudem wirkst du bei der Definition von Rollen und Verantwortlichkeiten mit und stellst die Abstimmung zwischen Business Units, Sales Units sowie zentralen Funktionen sicher. Darüber hinaus förderst du die organisationsweite Ausrichtung relevanter Aktivitäten und unterstützt so die Erreichung unserer Ziele für 2030.…
