Deine Aufgaben Team- & Prozessunterstützung Unterstützung des Team Managers bei der Führung, Motivation und Weiterentwicklung des Conference-Management-Teams. Sicherstellung reibungsloser Abläufe im Tagesgeschäft, inklusive Urlaubsvertretung und operativer Steuerung. Sales & Kundenmanagement Betreuung und Beratung unserer Geschäftskunden – von der Anfrage bis zum Vertragsabschluss. Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit und Ausbau langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen. Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Vertriebsaktionen und Marketingkampagnen. Reporting & Performance Unterstützung bei der Überwachung relevanter KPIs (z. B. Auslastung, Conversion Rate, Umsatzentwicklung).
