Personalentwicklung und Kompetenzmanagement im Bereich Personal Du möchtest die strategische Personalarbeit einer Stiftung aktiv mitgestalten? Dann werde Teil unseres HR-Teams und gestalte mit uns die Zukunft einer modernen und nachhaltigen Personalarbeit. Deine Aufgaben Du konzipierst und implementierst ein stiftungsweites Kompetenzmodell sowie eine Skill-Matrix. Du analysierst und identifizierst zukünftige Kernkompetenzen (Future Skills) und führst regelmäßig Skill-Gap-Analysen durch. Du leitest gezielte Personalentwicklungsmaßnahmen und Trainingsprogramme auch aus den identifizierten Skill-Gaps ab und implementierst diese.…
