Du übernimmst Klaviyo mit 60+ Flows, Loyalty und Abo und machst aus dem Channel, der ein Drittel unseres Umsatzes trägt, den größten Wachstumshebel auf der Road to 100 Mio. Du baust unsere gesamte Flow-Architektur neu auf: Post-Purchase, Second-Order, Winback und Subscription-Flows werden von Grund auf stark gemacht. Eine Testing-Maschine etablieren gehört in deinen Verantwortungsbereich: ein sauberer A/B-Test pro Woche, dokumentierte Learnings, klare Rollout-Entscheidungen. Kampagnen-Logik und Segmentierung liegen bei dir; wer bekommt was, wann und warum: Engagement-Segmente, Storytelling-Abfolgen, Neu- vs. Bestandskunden-Differenzierung.…
