About the Role We’re looking for a Marketing Lead to join our Berlin office and own the Company’s global marketing engine. This role is about two things at once: winning new customers, and making our existing customers feel genuinely valued, engaged and excited to grow with Beam. You’ll own everything that turns a customer relationship into a lasting partnership—from thoughtful, personal touchpoints to customer events, roundtables and co-marketing with the companies we work with. At the same time, you’ll turn those relationships into stories, references and momentum that bring new customers through the door.
