The role The Senior Growth Marketing Manager (a) designs, tests, and expands rapid marketing growth initiatives across Europe to accelerate patient acquisition for our digital health applications (such as our obesity and hypertension programs in Germany). Acting as an entrepreneurial growth hacker, this individual identifies novel acquisition channels, maximizes existing platform performance, and elevates land-to-lead conversion rates (in close collaboration with our dedicated product & engineering squad).
