Ihre Aufgaben Du übernimmst Marketing und Wachstum als Gesamtverantwortung und führst sie gegen klare KPIs. Du entwickelst die Marketingstrategie für Deutschland, Europa und China und leitest daraus Webseite, Kampagnen, Webinare und Paid Media ab. Du steuerst Agenturen für Ads und Brand sowie interne Ressourcen, setzt HubSpot als Pipeline-System ein und sorgst dafür, dass das Portfolio aktiv vermarktet wird. Du verantwortest außerdem die Sichtbarkeit in KI-Suchsystemen. Konkret heißt das: Marketingstrategie und Roadmap, abgeglichen mit Unternehmens-, Produkt- und Vertriebsplanung Webseite auf WordPress, mit KI-gestützter Pflege, so aufgebaut, dass das gesamte Leistungsportfolio abgebildet ist Paid Media auf Google, Meta und LinkedIn, mit Budgetsteuerung nach CPL, Conversion und…
