Du arbeitest direkt mit den Foundern an Growth, Marketing Operations und revenue-driving Initiativen und übernimmst volle Verantwortung für unsere Marketing- und Growth-Engine. Aufgaben Paid Ads skalieren: Du verantwortest Meta- und LinkedIn-Kampagnen mit 6-stelligen Budgets — nicht optimieren für Klicks, sondern für Conversions und ROAS. Conversion Rate meistern: Du optimierst Landing Pages, Funnels und HubSpot-Workflows. Jede Seite, jeder Touchpoint ist ein A/B-Test. Du bringst die Conversion-Rate nach oben, nicht nur Traffic. Kanäle knacken: Du findest heraus, welche Paid-Kanäle (Meta, LinkedIn, Google Ads, TikTok) für uns performen Zahlen sind dein Kompass: Aufbau und Eigentum von Tracking, Attribution und Reporting…
