Aufgaben Creatives: Du erstellst Anzeigenmotive, kurze Videos und Texte für unsere Ads und Social-Media-Kanäle – von der Idee bis zum fertigen Motiv. Content-Varianten: Du entwickelst neue Hooks, Bildwelten und Textvarianten, mit denen wir unsere Kampagnen frisch halten und testen. Affiliate- und Markenkooperationen: Du recherchierst passende Partner, etwa aus Wassersport, Outdoor und Reisen, bereitest die Ansprache vor und hilfst bei der Betreuung laufender Kooperationen. Unterstützung Paid Ads: Du arbeitest unserer/unserem Performance Marketing Manager:in bei Kampagnen auf Meta und Google zu, zum Beispiel beim Anlegen von Anzeigen, Pflegen von Creatives und Vorbereiten von Tests. Reporting: Du hilfst beim Zusammentragen der wichtigsten Kennzahlen und bereitest sie übersichtlich auf.…
