Aufgaben Paid Ads: Du planst, steuerst und optimierst unsere Kampagnen auf Meta und Google eigenverantwortlich – von der Strategie über das Budget bis zur laufenden Performance. Creatives: Du konzipierst Anzeigenmotive, Kurzvideos und Texte für Ads und Social Media und entwickelst unsere Creative-Strategie kontinuierlich weiter. Affiliate- und Markenkooperationen: Du identifizierst passende Partner aus Wassersport, Outdoor und Reisen, verhandelst Kooperationen und baust bestehende Partnerschaften aus. Kampagnenanalyse: Du überwachst die relevanten KPIs, erstellst aussagekräftige Reports und leitest daraus konkrete Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab. Testing: Du entwickelst Hypothesen und validierst sie mit A/B-Tests für Anzeigen und Landingpages.…
