Source, evaluate, and negotiate partnerships with creators — from nano to macro — based on audience fit and performance potential. Manage budgets, contracts, and agency relationships, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within commercial terms. Partner with Creative and Legal to align briefs, messaging, and compliance requirements across all activations. Track and analyse campaign performance, extract actionable insights, and feed learnings back into the influencer strategy to continuously improve results. Who we're looking for: You are fluent in both English and German. You have completed a relevant degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in business, communication, marketing, or a similar field. You bring at least three years of proven experience in influencer marketing.…
