Für den Standort Korbach möchten wir ab Januar 2027 einem Praktikanten (m/w/d) die Möglichkeit geben, spannende Einblicke in die Arbeit der Human Relations (HR)-Abteilung, speziell im Bereich Ausbildung und Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung zu erlangen. Idealerweise beträgt der Zeitraum des Praktikums 3 bis 6 Monate, wobei eine Kombination aus einem freiwilligem und einem Pflichtpraktikum möglich ist. Zu den Aufgaben gehören: Kennenlernen von und Unterstützung bei administrativen und organisatorischen Aufgaben in der Ausbildung sowie in der Personal- und Organisationsentwicklung unter Verwendung verschiedener Systeme wie z.B. SAP Mitarbeit und Unterstützung im Recruiting von Auszubildenden und Dual Studierenden Unterstützung im Talent Management Zyklus, z.B.…
