Deine Aufgaben im Team Ich bin Leon, selbstständiger Personalvermittler im Raum München. Ich besetze Stellen vom Handwerk über Physiotherapie bis IT, dazu Projekte im Executive Bereich. Du steuerst bei mir die Neukundengewinnung über persönlich adressierte Briefe an Geschäftsführer, gestartet in der Region München, inzwischen deutschlandweit im Ausbau. Ein Kanal, der bei uns nachweislich funktioniert. Konkret heißt das: Du steuerst die Firmenrecherche: Die Fleißarbeit übernimmt KI, du prüfst die Ergebnisse und entscheidest, wer angeschrieben wird. Wie das geht, zeige ich dir Du bereitest die Briefe vor, bis zum druckfertigen Dokument Du übernimmst die Nachfässe über LinkedIn und andere Kanäle und hältst nach, wer reagiert Du hältst unsere Pipeline sauber und weißt jederzeit, welche Firma…
