Wir sind ein kleines, eng vernetztes Recruiting-Team und besetzen diverse Fach- und Führungspositionen für die Bosch Sicherheitssysteme GmbH. Bei uns übernimmst du vom ersten Tag an Verantwortung in einem Umfeld, in dem Eigeninitiative zählt. Wenn du Neues lernen und Dinge bewegen willst, bist du hier richtig. Während deines Praktikums begleitest du den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess, vom initialen Briefing mit Führungskräften bis zum ersten Arbeitstag neuer Mitarbeiter:innen. Du formulierst Stellenausschreibungen, sichtest Profile, führst erste Gespräche und unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung von Vertragsunterlagen.…
