Your Mission: At VÆRIDION, we're building the Microliner, a fully electric aircraft, and the battery technology that powers it. To make that happen, we need great people, and as our Talent Acquisition Manager (all genders), you'll play a key role in bringing them on board. As part of our People & Culture team, you'll own recruiting end to end for your positions and advise our hiring managers as a true partner. You'll make sure every candidate gets a process that is fast, honest, and personal. You'll also keep improving how we find and hire talent. Our goal is to ensure that every candidate leaves the process with a positive impression of VÆRIDION, regardless of the outcome.…
