What awaits you at Mynaric Du unterstützt das HR-Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft, einschließlich Recruiting. Du unterstützt aktiv bei der Personaldatenpflege, Vorbereitung von Dokumenten wie Verträgen und Arbeitszeugnissen, sowie Onboarding und Offboarding Du baust unsere HR-Wissensdatenbank in Confluence auf und pflegst sie, indem du verteiltes Wissen in klare und praxisnahe Prozessdokumentationen überführst. Du gestaltest gemeinsam mit dem Team unsere HR-Prozesse und Richtlinien mit und bekommst Unterstützung, wann immer du sie brauchst.…
