Werkstudent Human Resources (m/w/d) - DHL eCommerce Deine Aufgaben Als Werkstudent:in unterstützt du unser HR-Team im operativen Tagesgeschäft und erhältst dabei spannende Einblicke in die gesamte Employee Journey sowie in strategische HR-Themen. HR Administration & Employee Life Cycle Unterstützung bei administrativen Personalprozessen entlang des Employee Life Cycles (z. B. Probezeiten, Elternzeit, Abwesenheiten und Urlaubsanfragen) Erstellung von Arbeitszeugnissen, Bescheinigungen und weiteren Personaldokumenten Mitwirkung bei HR-Governance-Themen sowie der Entwicklung von Betriebsvereinbarungen und HR-Richtlinien Recruiting & Talent Management Unterstützung im Recruiting-Prozess, von der Terminorganisation bis zur Kommunikation mit Bewerber:innen Teilnahme an Bewerbungsgesprächen sowie…
