Dans ce contexte, nous créons un poste de Gestionnaire Ressources Humaines à 60 %, directement rattaché à la Direction générale. L’enjeu: construire une gestion RH à la fois fiable, structurée et humaine, capable d’accompagner durablement le développement de l’entreprise. Pourquoi ce poste existe Jusqu’à présent, les différents sujets RH ont été pris en charge sans fonction RH dédiée. Avec le développement de l’entreprise, nous souhaitons désormais franchir une nouvelle étape: fiabiliser l’administration du personnel, structurer nos pratiques RH et offrir aux collaborateurs comme aux managers un interlocuteur clairement identifié.…
