Als Tech Recruiter (all genders) übernimmst du die End-to-end-Verantwortung für unsere Product- und Engineering-Rollen – von Software Engineering über Engineering Management, Data und Plattform bis hin zu Product Management. Du bringst nicht nur deine Erfahrung im Tech Recruiting mit, sondern auch dein technisches Verständnis in unser Talent-Team ein und hilfst uns, als Team in diesem Bereich zu wachsen. Wir haben bereits einen standardisierten Hiring-Prozess, du gestaltest ihn mit deinem Tech-Recruiting-Know-how aktiv weiter. Dabei unterstützt dich ein modernes, AI-gestütztes Setup mit Ashby als ATS, Metaview als AI-Notetaker sowie Claude, Notion und Gemini.…
