Darüber hinaus bringst Du Dich in die Personalentwicklung, HR Operations sowie People Analytics und die Weiterentwicklung unserer HR-Prozesse ein. Aufgaben Hier liegt Dein Schwerpunkt: Recruiting & Employer Branding Direktansprache passender Bewerbender über LinkedIn Bewerbendenmanagement in Personio Planung und Durchführung von Interviews für verschiedener Positionen Planung von und Teilnahme an Personal- und Hochschulmarketing-Veranstaltungen im In- und Ausland Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung unseres Employer Brandings Darüber hinaus unterstützt Du bei: Personalentwicklung Begleitung und Koordination des halbjährlichen Performance-Review-Prozesses…
