Location: Remote, CET-2 to CET+2 Hours: Part-time, 20 hours per week, ideally spread across four or five weekdays Start: As soon as possible You will own the people side of MultiBase for a small, international consulting team. Your primary focus is making sure colleagues feel heard, supported and clear about their development. Recruitment is a secondary responsibility when hiring needs arise. This is a hands-on standalone role with no direct reports, reporting directly to the management.
