We're looking for a Senior Technical Recruiter who will own end-to-end hiring for some of our most critical technical roles. This person will combine deep recruiting expertise with a genuine passion for technology, AI-powered workflows, and operational excellence and will contribute to raising the bar for the entire team along the way. Your mission Own the full recruiting lifecycle for technical roles - from sourcing and shortlisting through interviewing, offer negotiation, and close. Collaborate closely with the entire Talent Acquisition team to build airtight hiring processes - no detail is too small. Monitor recruitment dashboards and reports to keep pipeline health in check, surfacing insights and recommendations to hiring teams proactively.…
