Ab sofort suchen wir einen Senior Recruiter - Vollzeit (m/w/d) in Vollzeit an unserem Standort in der Hamburger Innenstadt. In dieser Position führst du strukturierte Qualifizierungsgespräche mit Bewerbern durch, die wir über Social-Media-Kampagnen für unsere Kunden generieren. Du prüfst, ob ein Bewerber fachlich und persönlich zum jeweiligen Unternehmen passt – und übernimmst anschließend die Terminierung der Vorstellungsgespräche. Diese Rolle erfordert Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Prozesssicherheit und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
