An unseren Standorten Schwieberdingen und Feuerbach unterstützt du das Team bei der Betreuung von Mitarbeitenden sowie Führungskräften und gewinnst umfassende Einblicke in das Tagesgeschäft der Personalabteilung. Du arbeitest bei administrativen Aufgaben eng mit unserem HR-Service-Team zusammen und erwirbst dabei wertvolle Kenntnisse über unsere Personalprozesse. In Begleitung unserer HR Business Partner:in widmest du dich spannenden Querschnittsthemen und aktuellen Projekten, beispielsweise in der Personalentwicklung, und bringst aktiv deine eigenen Ideen ein. Du übernimmst eigenständig (Teil-)Projekte und trägst so aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Personalarbeit bei.…
